From event list to personal plan
Most people only need three steps: open an event, select the sets they want to see, then save or share the result.
Open the right page
Timetable pages show timed sets by day and stage. Lineup pages are useful when set times are not published yet.
Build your route
Select artists or sets you care about. Your choices stay in the browser and can also be saved to your account.
Use the timetable planner
Select sets
- Tap or click a set to add it to your personal plan.
- Selected sets are highlighted so your route is easy to scan.
- Tap a selected set again when you change your mind.
Spot clashes
- Overlapping choices are marked so you can decide what matters most.
- Use day, stage and search controls to narrow the view.
- Check your selected plan before the event starts.
Use live helpers
- Some pages can highlight what is happening now.
- Reminder tools can help you avoid missing selected sets.
- Festival-ground connectivity can be weak, so keep a local copy loaded.

Account saves
Log in when you want to reopen your plans on another device. Your account menu is available from the site navigation.
Share links
A saved share link is best when you want to show someone your picks without creating a live planning room.
Friend rooms
A friend room is best when multiple people want to plan together and see each other's selected sets update live.
Use a share link whenyou only want to send a readable copy of your selected timetable.
Use a room wheneveryone should join, edit their own picks, and compare plans together.
Use account saves whenyou want your own plans available after changing browser or device.

Friend rooms, step by step
- Open the event timetable page you want to plan together.
- Create a room from the room tools, then give the room a clear name.
- Copy the invite or room code and send it only to the people who should join.
- Each person joins with their own display name and makes their own timetable picks.
- Use the room view to compare overlaps, shared favorites and different routes.
Treat a room invite like a private planning link. Anyone with the invite can join the planning space unless the room settings say otherwise.
Add group activities
- Join or create a room first.
- Add a custom room item for meetups, food breaks, travel, merch runs or other plans.
- Choose the day, place, start time and end time so it appears alongside the timetable.
- Keep titles short enough that everyone can scan them quickly on mobile.
Group activities are for coordination. They do not change the official event timetable.
Save plans across devices
- Log in before relying on cross-device saves.
- Build or update your selected sets on the event page.
- Use the save tools to store the latest version to your account.
- Open the same event on another device and log in with the same account.
Local browser picks are convenient, but account saves are the safer choice when switching phones, browsers or devices.
Set selected reminders
- Select the sets you want reminders for.
- Choose how early the reminder should happen.
- Allow browser notifications when your device asks.
- Keep the page or installed app available before the event starts.
Reminders depend on browser permissions, battery settings and network conditions, so keep your plan easy to open as a backup.
Export your plan
- Select the sets you want in your personal plan first.
- Use Export to calendar when you want the sets in your phone or desktop calendar.
- Use Download PNG when you want a quick image to keep or send in chat.
- Use Export to Google Sheets when you want a sortable planning copy.
Exports are copies of your selected plan. They will not update automatically when you later change your Timetable.lol picks.
Use livestream pages
- Open the Livestreams page or a dedicated event live page when streams are available.
- Use the search, stage and day controls to narrow busy schedules.
- Switch streams from the player controls when multiple channels are live.
- Log in before using chat, and refresh if a live schedule has just changed.
Livestream listings depend on what is configured and currently available. Some channels only appear during their active window.
Review privacy and account data
- Open your profile from the Account menu.
- Check public profile settings before sharing a profile link.
- Review saved plans and remove older plans you no longer need.
- Use export or deletion tools when you want a copy of your data or want to clean up the account.
Private planning data should be handled with the same care as profile data. Only share links or rooms with people who should see them.
Understand install and offline behavior
- Install the app from the nav when your browser offers the option.
- Open your event pages before you arrive so the browser has a recent copy.
- Expect account saves, livestreams, chat and live room syncing to need a connection.
- Reconnect after weak reception so queued room changes can sync.
Offline support helps with festival reception, but it is not a replacement for a fresh page load before leaving home or the campsite.

The Livestreams page lists available live pages when streams are configured or active.
Player pages
Some events have dedicated player pages with stages, stream switching and timetable context in one place.
Chat
When chat is enabled, log in with your Timetable.lol account to send messages. Moderation tools protect the live room.
Manage your profile and data
Your account
Use the Account button in the navigation to log in, register, reset your password, open your profile or log out.
Privacy controls
Your profile page includes account settings, public profile controls, saved plan management and data export or deletion options.
Accessibility tools
The navigation includes dark mode, reading assist, focus layer and Dyslexia mode. Signed-in users can save some preferences to their account.
Prepare before the festival grounds
Install the app
Use the Install app button when your browser supports it. This makes Timetable.lol easier to reopen from your device.
Keep pages loaded
Open the event page before arriving. The site caches key pages, but live syncing and account actions still need a network connection.
Use reminders carefully
Browser notifications and push reminders depend on device permissions, browser support, battery settings and mobile reception.
Common fixes
The event looks outdated
- Refresh the page.
- Close and reopen the browser tab.
- If installed as an app, fully close and reopen the app.
I cannot log in
- Check the email address spelling.
- Use Forgot password from the Account menu.
- Try again later if the account service is temporarily unavailable.
Room updates are not live
- Check your connection.
- Refresh the room page.
- Ask the other person to confirm they joined the same room code.
Reminders do not fire
- Allow notifications in your browser and device settings.
- Keep battery saving modes in mind.
- Do not rely on reminders as the only way to navigate a festival.
A livestream is missing
- Check whether the event is currently live.
- Refresh the Livestreams page.
- Some streams only appear during their scheduled window.
Something still feels wrong
Use the Contact page for corrections, bug reports, feature ideas or event-data problems.
Quick answers
Do I need an account to plan?
No. You can select sets locally in your browser. An account is useful when you want to save and reopen plans across devices.
Are my saved plans public?
Your personal account saves are private by default. A share link is intended for people who receive that link.
What is the difference between a share link and a room?
A share link is a saved snapshot of picks. A room is a live planning space where members can compare selections together.
Why does an event not have set times yet?
Some events start as lineups and become timetables once official set times are available.
Can Timetable.lol work offline?
Some pages can be cached by the browser, but syncing, account actions, livestreams and fresh updates require network access.
Where can I request a correction?
Use the Contact page and include the event name, day, stage and the correction you spotted.
